1. Program description. Lord Gurman & Lewis LLC (“LG&L”) sends individualized, one-to-one text messages from our recruiters to attorney candidates regarding specific career opportunities.

2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive an initial message about a specific opportunity, with any further messages sent as part of a two-way conversation you choose to continue.

3. Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan.

4. Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. Reply START to re-subscribe.

6. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://mlordco.com/index.php/policies/privacy-policy, describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
