A well-established law firm seeks a midlevel or senior trusts and estates associate for a purely transactional role focused on estate administration. The attorney should have experience preparing probate petitions, miscellaneous petitions, and Receipt & Release Agreements. Experience with preparing federal and state estate tax returns would be ideal but is not required. The firm offers a good work/life balance (about 1200 billable hours annually), a collegial environment, and a likely base salary of $130,000-$150,000, with bonuses of about $5,000–$10,000 or higher depending on performance. Attorneys are expected in-office four days weekly, but there is flexibility after someone has worked with the firm for some time. The firm provides generous benefits. We have good ties with the firm.
