Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling various aspects of trademark and copyright litigation, including legal research, brief writing and discovery

What the Firm Seeks:
• 3-5 years of litigation experience at a top tier law firm
• Demonstrated interest in trademark and/or copyright law
• Top academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• New York bar admission
• TTAB experience and/or federal clerkship a plus
