Elite caliber NY IP boutique law firm seeking an associate with about two to five years of trademark/copyright experience for their U.S. litigation practice group.  Successful candidates will have strong litigation experience including legal research, brief writing and discovery.  Top law firm background, strong academic credentials, and NY bar admission are all required.  Compensation will depend on experience—Base salary will likely be in the range of about $170,000-$190,000+, and the firm has also historically offered significant hours-based and discretionary bonuses.
