A well-established, mid-sized law firm based in midtown Manhattan (four days expected in office per week) seeks a senior lending attorney with extensive lender-side expertise to build and lead this practice. The candidate must have extensive experience independently running deals. Experience with real estate lending transactions is preferred. No portable business or originations are necessary. Annual billables are expected to be 1800–2000 hours. Base compensation is likely between $250,000 and $350,000. I have close ties with the firm and have placed eight attorneys there.
