Boutique law firm in NYC seeking to add two associates, one with 1-5 years of experience and one with 5 or more years of experience in securities and corporate law.  Successful candidates will have knowledge in a broad range of securities matters, including registered securities offerings, PIPES, SEC regulations/registration statements/periodic filings, etc.  Additional experience in M&A/general corporate work and/or representing high-growth, early-stage businesses and active investors would be a plus. We have a good relationship with the firm and have placed corporate attorneys with them previously.  Compensation will depend on experience but base salary will likely be in the range of about $225,000-$275,000 for the more senior position and $150,000-$245,000 for the more junior position.  The firm is open to a hybrid work arrangement for interested candidates.  Lifestyle is reasonable.  Qualified candidates should e-mail resumes to Jon Lewis at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
