A premier, well-established law firm in Hartford, CT is looking to hire an associate or counsel level real estate attorney as described below:

Key Responsibilities:
• Primary focus will be on real estate, leasing, finance (secured and unsecured), development and general transactional matters
• Also, acquisition and sale (including 1031 exchanges), land use, creation of common interest communities, construction, and commercial and residential loan workouts

What the Firm Seeks:
• Significant real estate experience (at least five to eight years or more)
• Ideally experience representing Connecticut businesses as an associate/counsel at a recognizable CT large or mid-sized law firm
• Connecticut bar admission (or ability to waive in)

• Competitive compensation including a base salary based on experience in the range of one hundred and eighty thousand dollars to two hundred and ten thousand dollars; annual discretionary bonus based on performance and productivity; unusual 401(k) retirement matching plan
