Active search for a national firm that is interested in adding to their small NYC office a patent litigation associate with about 2-5 years of experience. The position will involve substantive hands-on responsibility (including depositions, motion practice and trials), a pleasant work environment, and reasonable lifestyle (1900 hour target).  Candidates must at a minimum have a bachelor’s degree in a major that qualifies them to sit for the USPTO Bar exam—-While not required, USPTO admission would be a plus and entitle the candidate to a $50,000 bonus.
Compensation will depend on experience, with anticipated base salary in the range of $245,000-$275,000.
The work arrangement will be hybrid—Associates are required to work in the office at least three days/week.
