We have been retained by a well-established litigation and real estate oriented law firm in Westchester County that seeks to hire a litigation associate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including real estate, co-op/condo, eviction, breach of contract, and partnership disputes
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and appear in court

What the Firm Seeks:
• Approximately 10–15 years of litigation experience
• Solid writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Admission to the New York Bar

What the Firm Offers:
• Base salary of $160,000–$185,000, depending on experience
• Discretionary bonus based on production
• Annual billable hours target of 1600–1700
• Good long-term partnership prospects, and solid mentorship

Work Environment:
• Hours of about 9 AM to 6 PM
• Full-time in-office work environment (five days per week)
