Key Responsibilities:
Broad position dealing with various aspects of management of international brand portfolios including
• International trademark clearance and prosecution
• Multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Licenses/co-existence agreements
• Due diligence relating to the IP aspects of transactions

What the Firm Seeks:
• Significant trademark/copyright experience (about three to five years)
• Top law firm background
• Top academic credentials and strong writing, research, negotiation and communication skills
• New York bar admission
