A well-established, insurance-focused boutique seeks to hire a midlevel or senior insurance coverage attorney for its Marlton, New Jersey office. The firm is also open to attorneys with construction law or construction litigation experience, including construction-related insurance defense experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Defend insurance companies in first-party lawsuits
• Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners’ policies
• Take depositions and handle arbitrations and/or trials
• Counsel clients on insurance coverage matters
• Handle insurance litigation from inception through resolution

What the Firm Seeks:
• Five or more years of insurance coverage, construction law, construction litigation, or construction-related insurance defense experience
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey; Pennsylvania admission is a plus
• Experience defending insurance companies, analyzing insurance coverage, and/or handling construction-related matters
• Strong research and writing skills

What the Firm Offers:
• Base salary of $140,000 or more, depending on experience
• Hybrid work schedule, with preferably 2 days per week in the Marlton office
• Annual billable target of approximately 1980 hours
• Collegial environment
