in-house search for a very busy, long-established company located in the central New York state region that is actively seeking a transactional attorney with 1-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Broad position with various responsibilities including
• Corporate and real estate transactions
• Employment law
• Property management
• Corporate governance
• Using artificial intelligence tools
• Outside counsel management

What the Company Seeks:
• 1-5 years of experience in handling corporate, real estate and/or employment law matters preferred (may consider training outstanding candidates with other experience)
• Strong law firm background
• Top academic credentials and strong writing, research, negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work smoothly with others
• New York bar admission or eligibility for registration as in-house counsel in the State of New York
• A connection to and desire to live in the more livable and affordable region of central New York is a huge plus
