A mid-sized law firm in in midtown Manhattan is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of experience in banking transactions to work on lending, letter of credit and other transactions for financial institutions.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing domestic and international financing transactions.  Experience at a major NYC law firm or regional equivalent is necessary.  Collegial group and excellent work/life balance.  Base salary target is $160,000 to $175,000, and bonus ranges up to $95,000.  Email resumes to Michael Lord at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for immediate consideration.
