An elite, small matrimonial boutique law firm in Fairfield County, CT seeks to hire a junior associate (Classes of 2023 through 2026, including judicial law clerks and recent law school graduates) who is admitted in Connecticut, or awaiting July 2026 bar results, for a role focused on high-net-worth matrimonial litigation. Family law or litigation experience is ideal but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discovery and research on sophisticated matrimonial matters
• Client communication and relationship management
• Additional responsibilities added over time with close training and mentorship
What the Firm Seeks:
• Zero to three years of experience; family law or litigation background ideal but not required
• Connecticut bar admission (or Class of 2026 awaiting July results)
• Poise and polish with clients; a strong work ethic; eagerness to learn the practice
• Interest in a small-firm, practice-team model with significant mentoring rather than big-firm structure
What the Firm Offers:
• Base salary of about $100,000 - $120,000
• Semi-annual bonuses, likely $30,000- $50,000 annually
• Firm 401(k) contribution of $10,000 - $15,000 annually

• In-office environment (typical hours 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, rarely late, weekends generally off)
