A large Corporation based in the Philadelphia suburbs is looking to hire an in house attorney to focus on employment law matters.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience at a corporation, law firm, or governmental agency focusing on employment litigation, including preparation and review of pleadings, discovery and motions.  The candidate should also have (1) substantial employment law experience, including (but not limited to) Wage and Hour and Discrimination, and (2) familiarity with administrative case management including negotiation with the EEOC or state EEO agencies.  The selected candidate will received a generous compensation package including salary and bonus as well as equity incentives, and the ability to work from home on occasion.  The candidate will focus on employment-related legal counseling, including day-to-day employment and immigration-related advice and counsel, supporting and managing litigation and administrative charge audits, and M&A due diligence.  Candidate must be admitted to a state bar and the company will consider out of state candidates but no relocation package will be offered.  If you want to move in house, this is a great option!  For consideration, please send resumes to Michael Lord at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
