We have been exclusively retained by a reputable, mid-sized regional law firm with a strong insurance defense and civil litigation practice, which seeks to hire a workers’ compensation partner or workers’ compensation group with a Pennsylvania-based book of business. The firm also has existing workers’ compensation matters that they could provide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators
• Lead the firm’s Philadelphia-based workers’ compensation practice
• Originate workers’ compensation or other related matters.
What the Firm Seeks:
• A partner or group with a self-sustaining, portable book of business
• Strong writing, advocacy, leadership, and organizational skills
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
What the Firm Offers:
• A strong regional presence in the Northeast with multiple offices
• Base salary of approximately the mid-to-high $100,000s, depending on experience and existing business
• Percentage of originations or discretionary bonus compensation
• Hybrid work schedule: preferably two days in Philadelphia office per week
• Annual billable target of roughly 1,980 hours
• Friendly, professional work environment
