IP boutique looking to add an associate with 2-5 years of experience to work on copyright and trademark litigation matters.  Successful candidates will have at least a demonstrated interest in intellectual property, with 2 or more years of relevant experience in trademark/copyright litigation/enforcement work preferred. Strong academic credentials are required and some experience with/understanding of e-discovery would be a plus.  The firm offers excellent lifestyle, an established practice with attractive well-known clients, and the potential for career development—-Some associates have gone on from the firm to take in-house positions at major companies.  The work arrangement will initially be full-time in office, with transition to a hybrid arrangement a possibility once the associate is up to speed.  Compensation will depend on experience and will include an anticipated base salary range of about $135,000 to $160,000; hours-based bonuses beginning at just 1500 hours, which can total over $20,000; and a bonus for any business originated.  We know the firm very well and have placed partner, counsel and associate level candidates with them in the past—-They are an extremely pleasant group of people.  Qualified candidates should e-mail resumes to Jon Lewis at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
