A high-end, growing matrimonial law firm seeks to hire an entrepreneurial attorney with about five or more years of experience working on residential real estate transactions. The candidate should have an interest in developing business and/or have existing business in the residential real estate space. Unless an attorney carries significant portable business, the focus would be on marketing, and the firm can provide about 10-20 hours per week of such work during the first year to help them build the practice. The position can be remote (if preferred) except as client needs demand. The firm can offer an hourly rate of at least $150. For candidates who would prefer to work on a percentage basis rather than an hourly one, the firm can offer a competitive arrangement.
