We have been retained by a well-established law firm in Los Angeles (Century City) that seeks to hire an experienced business and commercial litigation attorney (eight or more years of experience). The role would focus on a broad mix of commercial matters, and the firm seeks:

• Discovery and dispositive motion drafting experience;
• Deposition experience; and
• At least some trial experience

The firm has a well-credentialed group of attorneys, including several from BigLaw backgrounds. The salary, depending on prior experience, is likely about $225,000 to $300,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Existing business is welcomed but not required. Attorneys bill about 1,850 hours annually and can be in the office up to about four days a week.
