A well-established plaintiff-side securities litigation boutique seeks to hire a midlevel or senior associate for its Philadelphia Metro Area office (four days typically expected in office per week).
Key Responsibilities
• Work on major securities fraud class actions from investigation through appeal
• Take on as much responsibility as you can handle, including managing cases, taking depositions, and arguing motions
• Lead and contribute to substantive brief drafting and motion practice
What the Firm Seeks
• Strong academic credentials and at least three years of significant securities litigation experience
• Demonstrated brief-writing excellence and strategic judgment
• NY admission (or eligibility to waive in)
What the Firm Offers
• Total compensation: $180,000–$300,000 depending on class year and experience, with significant upside
• Substantial responsibility
• ~40 hours/week with weekends off
• Very low attrition and high morale
