Boutique law firm in NYC seeking to add senior associate with 5+ years of experience in securities/corporate law and fluency in Mandarin. The firm handles a broad range of securities work—-Relevant experience includes registered securities offerings, PIPEs, registration statements/periodic filings, etc. Successful candidates will be admitted to practice in NY and authorized to work in the U.S.  We have a good relationship with the firm, having already placed corporate attorneys with them in the past.  Compensation will depend on experience level, with salary likely in the range of about $225,000-$275,000.
