We have been retained by an elite investor-side boutique litigation firm that seeks to hire a mid-level or senior associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll take on high-impact work in:
• Securities fraud class action litigation
• Shareholder derivative matters
Expect meaningful responsibility, a collegial environment, and work on complex, high-stakes matters.

What the Firm Seeks
• ~3–8 years of experience
• Securities litigation or a significant interest in focusing exclusively in the area
• Strong credentials (including major law firm)
• Licensure in NY or CA

What the Firm Offers
• Base salary: $225,000–$250,000 (depending on experience)
• Bonuses range from about $40,000–$200,000+, depending on firm and individual performance

• Remote or in-office
