We have been retained by a high-end, well-established, full-service, mid-sized law firm in midtown Manhattan (four days expected in the office per week), which seeks to hire a matrimonial associate. The group handles a sophisticated mix of high-net-worth matrimonial matters, including litigation (fifty percent or less), mediation, and the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-net-worth matrimonial and family law matters
• Participate in litigation, including motion practice and court appearances, as needed
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Assist with mediation and negotiated resolutions
• Produce high-quality written work, including pleadings, agreements, and legal analysis
What the Firm Seeks
• Approximately 1 to 8 years of matrimonial/family law experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Four days a week in the office
• New York bar admission required
What the Firm Offers
• Base salary of $150,000 to $275,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
• Annual hours are typically around 1,800
