A high-end plaintiff-side law firm seeks to hire for its Wilmington, DE office (in the office at least three days weekly) a junior or midlevel associate with experience in personal injury, mass tort, and/or toxic tort matters—ideally with a background in client advisory work and case management. The role does not involve litigation. It is focused on working closely with clients, including managing the client process to prepare for litigation, as well as working closely with the paralegal team. Strong organizational skills are key. Admission in DE is not required, nor will it be required going forward. The firm has an impressive set of attorneys, the work/life balance is good, and the base salary would likely be one hundred ten to one hundred fifteen thousand (depending on class year and experience), plus a discretionary bonus.
