We have been exclusively retained by an elite plaintiff-side, securities litigation-focused firm in the US (headquartered in NYC) that seeks to hire a Managing Director of European Investor Relations. The role combines client advisory work with business development—advising existing European clients on opportunities to participate in securities fraud class actions and developing new client relationships across European markets. The person in this position can work remotely from Europe (or elsewhere), or in the firm’s US offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate relationships with European institutional investors, insurance companies, and other holders of capital as potential clients for securities fraud litigation
• Generate new business origination across European markets, leveraging an established network to source securities fraud cases
• Serve as a key point of contact for European clients throughout the lifecycle of securities fraud litigation, including settlement proceedings
• Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute strategies for expanding the European client base

What the Firm Seeks:
• A well-credentialed attorney or financial professional with strong, established connections with European institutional investors, insurance companies, and other holders of capital
• Experience advising or representing institutional investors, asset managers, insurance companies, or similar entities

What the Firm Offers:
• Base salary of approximately $250,000 to $300,000
• A percentage of revenue on securities fraud matters originated by the person in this role, paid upon settlement or other conclusions to such litigation
• Options to work remotely; candidates may be based anywhere in Europe or the US (or elsewhere)
