A well-established, mid-sized, multi-practice law firm seeks to hire an experienced attorney or group of transactional IP attorneys with portable business. The firm has a number of biotech clients that generate IP transactional work, and the firm has no existing IP transactional attorneys to handle this work. The firm had a banner year last year, with revenue increasing twenty percent, and is thriving. The firm is open to bringing in an individual or small group of attorneys, and has a strong track record of helping incoming partners grow their originations significantly through cross-selling across practice groups and associate support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage client relationships across IP matters
• Lead sophisticated transactional engagements from inception to completion
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters
