Our mid-sized law firm client based in NYC would like to hire an attorney capable of working independently and handling commercial foreclosures and financial services litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience reviewing commercial loan documents to prepare foreclosure complaints, reviewing f/c searches and handling motion practice related to foreclosures.  Financial services litigation background is necessary. New York bar required with NJ a plus. The candidate could be associate/counsel level looking to make a jump for autonomy, and a hybrid work environment (2-days per week in office but welcome every day if more convenient).  Salary is $210,000 to $240,000 with bonuses awarded ad hoc based on performance.  Expectation is 1,600 billable hours per year.  Email resumes to Michael Lord at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for consideration.
