Experienced Litigation Position—Commercial Litigation and Matrimonial-focused Role

A premier matrimonial boutique law firm seeks to hire for its midtown Manhattan office (in the office four days weekly) a senior litigation associate with commercial litigation or trust litigation experience or someone from an ADA/AUSA background. They seek someone with extensive litigation experience, including experience taking depositions or with trials, and a lot of motion and other discovery experience. The work would be a mix of matrimonial and trust litigation involving a high profile divorce, and the focus would be on this matter which is likely to go to trial in a few years. Then the person would focus on other matrimonial matters. Base salary is likely about two hundred to two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars (depending on experience).
