A well-established, high-end, insurance defense coverage-focused boutique that seeks to hire for its Manhattan office (three days or more per week in person expected) a well-credentialed junior or midlevel litigation associate for a role focused on directors’ and officers’ coverage litigation. While prior coverage litigation experience is not required, the firm seeks an attorney with sophisticated litigation experience, ideally with exposure to financial/commercial litigation matters. Cases typically involve securities litigation and other financial-related issues. Base salary is likely about $150,000-190,000. The firm offers a collegial environment, and the annual billable hours are typically 1950. We have placed more than 20 attorneys with the firm.
