We have been retained by an impressive, well-established, full-service, mid-sized law firm in midtown Manhattan (can work from home two days per week) seeking to hire a partner-level (non-equity to equity) corporate attorney (about 10 to 25 years of experience) with significant cross-border transactional experience. The firm seeks candidates with a portable book business of at least $300,000 - $400,000 or more; a strong finance background is preferred. The firm has a vibrant corporate practice, offers a good work/life balance (around 1700-2000 hours annually), a friendly environment with very low attrition, and an impressive set of attorneys (including from elite BigLaw backgrounds).
