A high-end, plaintiff-side law firm that seeks to hire for its Wilmington, DE office (attorneys are typically expected in the office three days weekly) a senior or midlevel associate to focus on consumer-related litigation (false advertising, product liability, and financial misconduct). Admission in DE is not required now or in the future (but is preferred). The attorney should have significant consumer litigation experience. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, overseeing discovery, drafting complaints and motions, and taking depositions. The salary is likely between about $200,000-225,000, depending upon experience, plus a purely discretionary bonus (typically ranging from $5,000-20,000 or so).
