Mid-size NYC law firm with strong corporate practice seeking capital markets associate with about 3-5 years of experience.  Successful candidates must have experience with Securities Exchange Act of ‘33 and ‘34 . Compensation will depend on experience, including a base salary likely in the range of low $200,000s-high $200,000s.  Hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in the office) is standard.  The firm is entrepreneurial, attracts strong candidates, and offers associates solid professional growth/long-term opportunities.  We have a good relationship with the firm, having previously placed with them two attorneys who have since become partners as well as a third who was brought in directly as a partner.
