Mid-size NYC law firm actively seeking (a) a Mandarin speaking general corporate associate with 1-5 years of experience for Asia practice group and (b) a corporate associate with 2-5 years of capital markets experience, including initial public offerings (prior SPAC experience a plus) and public company reporting/governance. The firm attracts strong candidates and offers good long-term opportunities —For example, we have previously placed with them a corporate associate from a Vault top 20 firm, and another who is now a partner there.  Compensation will depend on experience but will likely range from the high $100,000s at the junior end to the high $200,000s at the senior end.  Lifestyle is reasonable and hybrid work arrangements may be available.
