Mid-size NYC law firm actively seeking two corporate associates with:
(a) 2-5+ years of ’34 Act experience, including initial public offerings (prior SPAC experience a plus) and public company reporting/governance, with compensation likely in the high $100,000s depending on experience; and
(b) 5-9+ years of M&A experience, with compensation likely in the mid-$200,000s depending on experience.
The firm attracts strong candidates and offers good long-term opportunities —For example, we have previously placed with them a corporate associate from a Vault top 20 firm, and another who is now a partner there.  Lifestyle is reasonable and hybrid work arrangements are available.
