We have been retained by a premier, boutique plaintiffs’ litigation firm with a nationally recognized practice in complex and class action litigation that seeks to hire a litigation associate. The firm has a long track record of pursuing high-stakes cases across Connecticut and the country, and its attorneys are regularly recognized among the best in their field.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle antitrust litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and briefing
• Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and other litigation materials in complex, fact-intensive cases
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys while exercising meaningful independent judgment
• Contribute to the development and prosecution of complex and class action matters at both the trial and appellate levels
• Engage directly with clients and co-counsel as appropriate
What the Firm Seeks
• About 5–6 years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm; candidates with public sector experience, including judicial clerkships or DOJ (or similar) backgrounds, are welcome to apply
• Experience in antitrust litigation, whether on the plaintiff or defense side; experience in pharmaceutical cases is a plus
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Connecticut bar admission, or willingness to obtain it
• A collaborative, motivated attorney who is prepared to work on complex, high-value matters
What the Firm Offers
• The opportunity to work on nationally significant, high-impact litigation
• Base salary of $200,000–$225,000, depending on experience
• Bonus: Can be 20%+, depending on various factors including merit and overall firm performance

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office (Lower Fairfield County, CT)
