Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate— Well-regarded NYC IP boutique seeking an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience.  Successful candidates will have experience or a demonstrated interest in trademark and/or copyright litigation.  eDiscovery experience and strong academic/law firm credentials are required.  The firm offers an outstanding practice, excellent lifestyle, and good potential for career development.  Compensation will depend on experience level, but starting salary will likely be in the range of about $130,000-$145,000+, plus hours-based bonuses beginning at only 1500 hours.
